Squad war issues

We are starting a war in just over 1 hour. Our SCs are already filled (from the last war). Accounts that were not in the war previously cannot request troops. Also, cannot arrange bases or add new structures that were not on the base in the last war. Seems like it is all locked.

I don't know how much you can do if you have less than 1 hour before War Starts...

We ended a war yesterday, and are in the scouting phase of the next one. We haven't experienced any issues with war squad centers. We are offset 12 hours from you though.

It is across multiple users. I have 3 accounts, and at least 2 others are affected. I am on Andriod (two via BlueStacks on PC)

Also, looks like Takodana is having the same issues as another thread. Not sure it is working even though we took it. It may help us in the long run though, LOL.

I've had this happen to my squad before. It will correct itself after a while, at which time you can request troops for the defensive SC.

One of my accounts can't use its last attack. It is an easy 4, and this account is a 5. Uggh!
